HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1: CONTACT US : We need to get you setup and make sure all of your questions are answered. Please contact Jordan at 801-940-4041 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
2: GET THE KIDS INVOLVED : After we go through a quick run-down, we can get the kids out selling their sponsor. We have printed and digital resources we can send you.
3: GET THE LOGOS FROM EACH SPONSOR : In order to print the sponsors logo we will need their original logo (in vector format). If the logo is taken from the website, or in pixel format, the logo may be pixelated when printed. Once all of the logos are received they should be sent to Jordan’s email address (above).
4: GET THE NAME/NUMBER OF EACH PLAYER : We will need a list of each team players name and their number. We can also add the coaches name. If desired, you can opt to just put the club and team name on the tent in lieu of each players name. We will send you a proof for approval.
5: PAY FOR THE TENT WITH SPONSOR MONEY : Assuming each of the 12 sponsors are sold the tent should cost you just tax and shipping. Tax will be $53 and shipping is usually about $35. Local pick up in Bountiful, UT is also available. Payment can be via check or paid online securely.
6: PRODUCTION OF THE TENT : Once we have payment, the sponsor artwork, and kids names, we will put the tent into production. Production typically takes 3 weeks.
7: USE THE TENT!! These tents are industrial strength and should easily last many seasons. There is a limited lifetime warranty on the frames, so we have you covered! If there ever is a problem, contact Jordan and he will help get you taken care of asap.
